FISH HEAD CURRY - food

Do you...

LOVE fish?

LOVE spicy food?

If yes, this dish is meant for YOU - FISH HEAD CURRY!

"Never ever underestimate the power of fish head!"

and thats the fishes talking.

This spicy and satisfying dish is a local creation that bears both Indian and Chinese cuisine characteristics.
The fish head bears a surprising amount of meaty morsels and
have an exceedingly smooth texture and taste. Okra and brinjals are sometimes added into the curry.

Fish head curry is simmered in a spicy, intensely red gravy with succulent okra, tomatoes and eggplant and served with plenty of fluffy, steamed rice as a foil for the tongue-tingling sauce.
